This morning’s Riding Not Work Working Ride at Capitola is cancelled. Gary went out to the ride start on Baum road early today and found it flooded with a portion of the Baum Road closed.
The Chaires Ride tomorrow morning should still be a go. We rode from Chaires at 10 am yesterday and did not find any roads unpassable (although we did not ride the south end of Baum). I have not checked the entire Saturday route so we may have to improvise
tomorrow morning. But the park at Chaires is clear of any significant standing water as is Capitola Road and most of the other roads in the area.
