Our club strongly support the traffic and bicycle education program in Leon County elementary schools. Every month throughout the school year, our trailer with about 40 small bikes goes to a different elementary school, where it serves hundreds of kids to learn to ride a bike safely.
Also, Capital City Cyclists is a chapter of the national Trips For Kids organization, and we regularly take disadvantaged youth on bike rides from our storage facility. 

As a member you can participate in the many club rides posted on the event calendar.

Capital City Cyclists is represented in transportation related citizen advisory committees. As a member you help to remind planners and engineers to think about all forms of transportation, and increase infrastructure, the number of cyclists, and cyclists' safety. 

As a member of Capital City Cyclists, you enjoy a $15 discount on the League of American Bicyclists membership, and a 20% discount on high visibility merchandise of Proviz Sports

As a member you enjoy secondary insurance on club rides and events

Members can enjoy social events like the holiday party, Bastille Day celebration, Spring Picnic

Club members can borrow the club's bicycle transport cases for free.

Our membership fee is only $20/year for individuals and $30/year for families, with a $5 discount if you sign up for 2 years. We also have a student membership for those younger than 23 yrs old for $15
